On Doctors and Fences
“Every man is surrounded by a neighborhood of voluntary spies,” quoth Jane Austen in Northanger Abbey. (Naturally, it wouldn’t be a proper Jane Austen novel without gossip, rumors and love intervening in things.) It is in this spirit that I point out that my parent’s neighbor, Dr. Hidenao Kimura, has entered private practice.
My own activities with the medical profession are, naturally still limited to teaching at the Boston Medical Center, but hey – I like his website. Anyone looking for an Internist in the Portland, OR area?
